Paintless Dent Repair Technician – Kocourek Detail Shop, Wausau, WI

Kocourek Detail Shop is looking for an experienced Paintless Dent Repair technician to join our team of automotive service specialists in Wausau, WI. As a Paintless Dent Repair technician, you will provide quality repair of hail and dent damage to vehicles using Paintless Dent Removal techniques. This is a full time, Contractor position in the Auto industry with a competitive hourly wage/rate and full benefits.

• Inspect damaged body panels for repair ability with the Paintless Dent Removal system
• Use proprietary tooling systems to remove dents
• Prepare vehicles for PDR process
• Repair dents using advanced dent repair techniques
• Maintain en elevated level of quality in your repairs
• Follow quality control processes to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction
• Test drive vehicles after PDR process for qualityENS
• Meet production and job completion goals

• 2+ years of experience with PDR processes
• Automotive experience in a body shop or dealership preferred
• Familiar with dent pulling tools
• Willing to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
• Valid Driver’s License
• Outstanding attention to detail and dedication to quality craftsmanship
• Excellent Customer Service and Presentation skills
