$18.00/hr - $30.00/hr

• Quick but thorough basic preventative maintenance (oil changes, additive services, fluid exchange, engine/cabin air filter service, vehicle inspection, alignments, tires, brakes, maintaining a clean and safe workplace)
• Diagnose and repair automotive systems: brake & hydraulic, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension & alignment, air conditioning, and computer systems
• Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals
• Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur
• Maintain an organized and neat bay

• Previous automotive service technician: 2 years preferred
• Certifications a plus but not required
• A high level of motivation and demonstrated ability to learn and succeed
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Proven knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
• Professional appearance
• Valid driver's license
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR and pre-employment drug test
