Swiderski Equipment, one of Wisconsin’s premier and long-established agriculture and construction equipment dealerships, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven individual who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced accounting environment. This position works primarily in an office setting and requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Assist the accounting team with Accounts Payable tasks, including collecting and organizing invoices, reconciling statements, identifying and applying eligible discounts, and accurately recording financial transactions.
- Process and pay accounts payable in a timely manner.
- Prepare and manage various daily and/or monthly reports as requested by management and accounting team members.
- Disperse reports and information to appropriate personnel regularly.
- Verify accuracy of documents and reports to ensure spreadsheets are properly maintained.
- Recommend action to resolve discrepancies or questionable data.
- Manage and utilize business systems to full capabilities in storing and reporting financial information.
- Maintain appropriate system for filing and managing paperwork.
- Maintain a safe, clean, neat and orderly work environment.
- Work within and promote the vision, mission, and values of SEI.
- Other duties, as assigned.

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast-paced office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Process-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
* A background in agriculture is helpful, though not required.
