• Perform daily documentation of resident care, vital signs, ambitions in condition, and all clinical interventions accurately and completely in compliance with facility policy and state regulations.
• Transcribe physicians’ orders to MARs (Medication Administration Records) and ensure timely and meticulous implementation.
• Notify the facility pharmacy and the attending physician promptly of new or changes to orders.
• Safely and accurately prepare and administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate residents’ physical and emotional well‑being throughout your shift, reporting any significant status changes to the Director of Nursing and physician immediately.
• Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on your unit, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered.
• Participate in the interdisciplinary care team to develop and review personalized resident care plans.
• All other clinical and administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

• Must possess an Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) License within theੀਂ state of Wisconsin.
• Must demonstrate strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills.
