Bioactive by Purple Cow Organics
Bioactive by Purple Cow Organics is seeking a top‑performing, highly motivated Manufacturer to accelerate growth within our Agriculture market segment. This is a role for a proven closer and natural networker
—someone energized by building new relationships, expanding dealer/reseller networks, and elevating Bioactive’s presence with farmers, agronomists, and agricultural partners.
You will thrive here if you believe in soil health, value integrity in relationships, and are eager to represent products that genuinely improve outcomes for growers.
Key Responsibilities- Own and exceed sales targets by driving consultative, solutions‑driven selling to dealers, resellers, and strategic partners.
- Rapidly expand the dealer network through proactive outreach, referrals, in‑person meetings, and persistent follow‑ups.
- Open new markets by attending agricultural events, conferences, field days, and trade shows—assertively generating quality leads.
- Travel approximately 30% to engage directly with dealers, growers, and industry partners in the field.
- Strengthen and scale existing accounts with a service‑oriented, relationship‑building approach.
- Represent Bioactive with professionalism and enthusiasm at trade shows and industry gatherings.
- Maintain accurate records, pipelines, and reporting using Net Suite CRM according to company standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales goals, product knowledge, and customer experience.
- Stay current on agricultural trends, soil health innovations, and competitive dynamics.
- Perform additional duties as required to support Bioactive’s growth and customer success.
- Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or territory growth roles.
- A relationship‑driven yet competitive sales style—comfortable with high activity, consistent outreach, and ambitious goals.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong judgment, integrity, and customer focus aligned with Purple Cow Organics’ values.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- High school diploma or higher.
- Valid driver’s license; ability and willingness to travel.
- Reliable transportation and insurance.
- Natural curiosity and a genuine desire to learn and improve.
- Experience selling or representing agricultural products.
- Background in agronomy, soil science, biology, or a related agricultural discipline.
- Hands‑on experience in agricultural environments or with crop inputs.
- CRM experience (Net Suite preferred).
- Passion for improving soil health, supporting farmers, and advancing sustainable food production.
- Confident public speaking and strong presentation skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle a range of physical activities as required.
- Reports to the Director of Agriculture; no direct reports.
- Full‑time position with competitive salary, benefits, and paid time off.
- Compensation commensurate with experience.
