- Develop and manage budgets, labor schedules, and inventory to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and brand standards.
- Lead the restaurant through continuous improvement and innovation to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Support local schools, organizations, and charities, making an impact beyond the restaurant doors.
- Be a McDonald’s brand ambassador, representing Carr Family values in everything you do.
- Foster a welcoming environment where both employees and guests feel at home.
- Proven experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or a similar leadership role.
- A hands‑on leader who leads by example and puts people first.
- Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management, goal‑setting, and strategic planning.
- A passion for coaching and developing teams, with a track record of building leaders.
- Excellent communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
