The Village of Waunakee is hiring a Building & Facilities Crew Leader to oversee the maintenance, general cleaning, and upkeep of Village-owned facilities under the direction of the Buildings and Facilities Manager. The Crew Leader supports the Buildings and Facilities Manager with the day-to-day operations of the Buildings and Facilities division. This hands‑on role is essential to keeping our facilities safe, clean, and welcoming for all residents, employees, and visitors.
The Village offers excellent benefits, a starting hiring hourly wage $30.54 (full wage 2026 wage range of $30.54 to $39.08 per hour) and a starting vacation allotment of 120 hours.
