Advanced Practitioner - Family Medicine

SSM Health Dean Medical Group is actively recruiting an experienced, full‑time Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner to join a team of 5 physicians and 1 APP. In this role you will have the opportunity to hold your own patient panel. Prior primary care clinical experience is strongly preferred.

• Experience as an Advanced Practice Provider highly preferred
  • Primary Care experience is a plus
• Current PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin
  • Family certification required for NPs
• Graduation from an accredited PA/NP program.
