What you will be doing- In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their key business requirements and expectations.
- Effectively engage customers with attention to key business requirements and expectations, and provide relevant and relational order information; information related to new products and product accessories; and provide product specifications, programs, training, pricing and delivery information.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. You should be dependable, precise, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. What you need- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 0-3 years of relevant experience or training in customer service or a related field (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
