Job Description

Analytical Rules Developer

Qualifications
  • In summary, speak to candidate’s experience in taking the lead in a project and showing ability to make decisions, explore options, analyze and troubleshoot.
  • Minimum 5 years programming experience in Java and Python.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to explore options and make decisions.
  • Project leadership.
  • Ability to work independently and with a small team (5–10 people).
  • Design documentation experience.
  • Matlab is a requirement.
Job Duties
  • Gather requirements by communicating directly with stakeholders.
  • Develop and update documentation of user and system requirements.
  • Build and maintain code libraries/toolkits to support analytics frameworks.
  • Develop intelligent algorithms for descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics.
  • Perform unit testing and code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot issues by identifying the root cause and suggesting solutions.
  • Develop new ideas with proof‑of‑concept (POC) prototypes.
