Maintenance Technician

** Maintenance Technician - Level 1 / Level 2 (Direct Hire)*
* ** 3rd Shift | $33.50/hour | Waukesha, WI*
* We are hiring a  
** Maintenance Technician
** to support facility and equipment reliability in a heavy manufacturing environment. This is a  
** direct-hire, 3rd shift
** opportunity with long-term stability and growth potential. Level placement will be based on experience.

** Responsibilities*
* + Perform routine facility and property maintenance (carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, general repairs)

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

+ Maintain and repair industrial equipment including presses, shears, cranes, welders, ovens, coil winders, and metalworking machinery

+ Set up and operate basic machine shop equipment and use precision measuring tools

+ Support and coordinate outside contractors and facility engineering on maintenance and special projects

+ Fabricate and weld components as needed; assist with rigging, equipment moves, and installations

+ Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow all safety and environmental procedures

+ Use email, data entry systems, and basic computer applications for work orders and documentation

** Qualifications*
* + High School Diploma or Technical Diploma required

+  
** Level 1:
** 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience

+  
** Level 2:
** 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience and ability to troubleshoot independently

+ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

+ Comfortable working at heights (up to ~70 ft), in varying conditions, and lifting heavy materials with mechanical assistance as needed

** Pay Details:**  $33.50 per hour
