Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a skilled Carpenter / Handyman to join our growing team in a full-time, permanent role. This position plays a key role in helping homeowners and businesses recover from property damage by completing high-quality repairs and rebuilds.

What You'll Do

* Perform residential and light commercial carpentry repairs and remodeling.

* Install drywall, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and flooring.

* Complete painting, minor electrical/plumbing coordination, and finish work.

* Work closely with Project Managers and field teams to complete jobs on schedule.

* Maintain job site cleanliness and safety standards.

* Communicate professionally with customers.

* Follow company processes and quality expectations.

What We're Looking For

* Carpentry and handyman experience in residential or restoration environments.

* Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks.

* Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

* Comfortable using hand and power tools.

* Customer-focused mindset and strong work ethic.
