Volumetric Mixer Operator
Zenith Tech Inc., a part of the Walbec Group, is seeking a Volumetric Mixer Operator for its Roads and Bridge Construction divisions.
Job SummaryAs a Mixer Operator, you will operate a Mobile Concrete Mixer mounted on a truck, producing measured amounts of fresh concrete at job sites. You will work under the direction of the Foreman and ensure continuous delivery of high- quality, accurate mix.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain Mobile Concrete Mixer equipment.
- Prepare and load concrete mix to meet project specifications.
- Maintain records of mix formulas and weights.
- Travel to various job sites throughout Wisconsin.
- Follow safety procedures and site-specific guidelines.
The role requires a willingness to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and to tolerate variable weather conditions and dirty, dusty environments.
Qualifications- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
- Class A CDL required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to travel.
- Union membership with a Local Operators Union or willingness to become a member; membership not required before hiring.

- Access to a variety of training courses on the Walbec employee website.
Primary location: southeastern Wisconsin; many projects across the state require reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
