Zenith Tech Inc., a part of the Walbec Group, is seeking a Volumetric Mixer Operator for its Roads and Bridge Construction divisions.

As a Mixer Operator, you will operate a Mobile Concrete Mixer mounted on a truck, producing measured amounts of fresh concrete at job sites. You will work under the direction of the Foreman and ensure continuous delivery of high- quality, accurate mix.

• Operate and maintain Mobile Concrete Mixer equipment.
• Prepare and load concrete mix to meet project specifications.
• Maintain records of mix formulas and weights.
• Travel to various job sites throughout Wisconsin.
• Follow safety procedures and site-specific guidelines.

The role requires a willingness to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and to tolerate variable weather conditions and dirty, dusty environments.

• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Class A CDL required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to travel.
• Union membership with a Local Operators Union or willingness to become a member; membership not required before hiring.

Primary location: southeastern Wisconsin; many projects across the state require reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
