Paul Davis Restoration is growing and we're looking for a skilled Painter to join our Construction/Reconstruction team. If you're ready for a stable career with a company that actually values its people, this is the place for you.

What You'll Do

* Interior/exterior painting and touch-up work

* Minor drywall repair and finishing

* Punch list and repair projects

* Occasional media blasting + spray sealing

* Assist with material selection/pickups

* Deliver excellent customer service on every job

* Work efficiently, stay organized, and take pride in your work

What We're Looking For

* 2+ years painting experience (residential or commercial)

* Some drywall and carpentry skill is a plus

* Able to work independently or with a team

* Good communication and problem-solving skills

* Valid driver's license

* OSHA 10 is a bonus, not required

Physical Requirements

This role involves lifting up to 50+ lbs, standing, kneeling, ladder work, and working in various weather conditions.
