We are seeking an Installation Coordinator to support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of commercial installation work. This role focuses on day-to-day scheduling execution, communication with end users and trades, and keeping install activity organized and on track. This role works closely with operations leadership and escalates complex or high-risk issues as needed.
Responsibilities- Schedule commercial installation jobs based on provided priorities and guidelines
- Call end users to confirm access, site readiness, and install details
- Coordinate install dates with General Contractors and other trades
- Communicate schedule changes to technicians and internal teams
- Maintain accurate job and schedule records
- Flag conflicts, readiness issues, or risks to management
- 3–5 years of scheduling or coordination experience
- Commercial construction or commercial service trades experience
- Some exposure to General Contractor coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with commercial trades or construction workflows
- Exposure to GC-driven scheduling environments
- Basic mechanical or electrical understanding
This person needs to be comfortable with frequent phone communication, exercise good judgment on escalating issues, and be highly organized and detail-oriented.
