Technician (Level
1) supports preventative maintenance and repairs on a fleet that includes aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and specialty equipment such as large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas equipment. The role ensures equipment operates safely, reduces downtime, and meets service standards.

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Maintain accurate repair records and work orders.
• Operate safely in a fast‑paced environment, adjusting to shifting priorities.
• Assist in tooling and equipment inventory and ordering.

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training preferred.
• 1–3 years of technician experience with diesel, heavy construction, or specialty line equipment.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform bending, squatting, crouching, and reaching as required.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location.
• Strong safety and customer‑service orientation.
