Gradall Operator – Construction Resources International, Inc.

Join Construction Resources International, Inc., operating under the Zenith Tech Inc. brand of the Walbec Group. We are looking for a hard‑working, loyal, and driven Gradall Operator to support our upcoming 2022 season and beyond across projects in Southeast WI and Madison, WI.

• Operate a Gradall Excavator and other construction equipment including skid steers, backhoes, front‑end loaders, dozers, graders, compactors, and more.
• Maintain and secure all equipment; clean, inspect, and assist with repairs as needed.
• Read and interpret grade stakes, automated machine‑control cab displays, and other equipment controls.
• Control equipment to achieve grade, slope, and yield tasks as required.
• Ensure safe maneuvering of machinery in tight quarters, around people, traffic, and utilities.
• Follow proper safety and incident‑reporting procedures.

• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Class A CDL is strongly desired.
• Experience operating heavy equipment, specifically a Gradall.
• Ability to read and understand grade stakes, automated machine‑control cab displays, and related equipment.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; punctual and dependable.
• Willingness to work varied hours including nights.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites.
