Location:

Southeast Wisconsin – Racine, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Waukesha, and Washington.

We are looking for an Experienced Asphalt Roller Operator for the upcoming 2025 season. The role involves operating several types of paving equipment, including asphalt rollers, in a safe and efficient manner.

• Operate asphalt rollers and other paving equipment.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment.
• Work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Work in variable weather conditions and in dirty, dusty environments.
• Travel to job sites as required; reliable transportation or willingness to travel is necessary.

• Valid Driver's License with satisfactory driving record.
• Minimum of three to five years of experience in asphalt rolling operation.
• CDL desired but not required.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work varied hours.
• Willingness and ability to travel to any project site.
• Member of an appropriate trade union or willingness to become a union member.
• Union membership is not required prior to employment.
