FOREMAN – PRECAST CONCRETE INSTA & OPR

Hands‑on Foreman coordinating planning, installation, repair, & modification of precast concrete structures. Supervise laborers, collaborate with contractor, dispatch, & crew for daily production. Report to Field Operations Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work with Field Supervisors and crane operators to ensure project progresses safely and efficiently.
  • Perform general construction labor for precast member installation.
  • Use materials, supplies, and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Run transit and level for layout and elevations.
  • Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from jobsite.
  • Track and stock installation hardware, tools, and materials in crew truck.
  • Read & interpret blueprints, brace plans, and crane plans; communicate daily work plan to crew.
  • Coordinate with Wells dispatch on sequence, truck number, & load times.
  • Direct and lead laborers on various daily tasks.
  • Complete PCI paperwork & site documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and policies.
  • Complete special projects and perform duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years precast installation experience.
  • OSHA 30 required.
  • General knowledge of precast construction practices; competent person.
  • Ability to work from heights safely.
  • Certified welder.
  • Valid Class C commercial driver’s license.
  • Knowledge of OSHA rules & regulations.
  • Ability to operate total station, transit, and level.
  • Willingness to travel & work in all weather.
  • Professional conduct & teamwork.
  • Self‑motivated & task driven.
  • Knowledge of company products.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Lift up to 75 lbs occasionally.
  • Push, pull, lift, bend, climb, kneel, twist, squat, crawl, use hands/forearms repetitively.
  • Work ~12 hrs per day.
  • Operate ladders, scaffolding, swing stages, man lifts at heights.
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Moderate to high risk of exposure to unusual elements.
  • Moderate to high risk of safety precautions.
  • Moderate to high exposure to production environment.
  • Wet, hot, humid, wintry conditions (weather related).
  • Work outside year‑round.
