Projects vary by location throughout the local area or state. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites are required.

Responsible for operating various power construction equipment—including utility milling machines (concrete or asphalt), skidsteer, belly brooms, pulverizers/recyclers—in a safe and efficient manner. Work involves variable hours (nights, early mornings, weekends), weather, and dirty/dusty conditions.

• Operate milling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Operate utility milling machines for concrete or asphalt.
• Operate skidsteer, belly brooms, pulverizers/recyclers, and other related equipment.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Valid driver’s license (CDL required).
• Minimum two years of experience in asphalt/concrete road milling.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Union membership or willingness to become a member (union participation not required prior to employment).
• Willingness to travel and transport to job sites as needed.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Ability to work in variable weather and dirty/dusty environments.
