We're searching for Sales Representatives with a background in respiratory services, durable medical equipment, home medical equipment, negative pressure therapy, or wound care sales. Your expertise can contribute to our business growth and make a real impact.
Essential Functions:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies targeting key stakeholders, including nursing homes, hospitals, home health agencies, and memory care facilities.
- Take ownership of the complete order cycle, from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.
- Deliver persuasive presentations to secure new business opportunities, introducing referrals to our innovative products and top-of-the-line services.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, insurance requirements, and regulatory changes that may impact our clients, ensuring the provision of informed and effective solutions.
- Utilize internal tools and systems, such as Parachute, Lazarus, and other workflows, to optimize processes and enhance productivity.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of insurance documentation requirements, our product offerings, and the delivery process.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Proven experience in Sales or relevant experience in the Healthcare industry.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using internal software and systems.
- Familiarity with healthcare insurance documentation and requirements.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to exceed targets.
