A&J Property Restoration is located in Waukesha. We are a local company specializing in Mitigation and Restoration for both residential and commercial customers. As a provider of water, mold, and fire damage property mitigation and restoration services, we are professional and agile, and our goal is to deliver a 5-star experience to every customer.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to join a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Provide product information and support to customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to customers.
• Follow up with customers after the sale is completed.

Job type: Full time

Compensation package: Salary + monthly commission

Compensation range: $59,000-$175,000 per year
