Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients across a variety of industries. You’ll represent our brand in the field, identify opportunities, and offer tailored signage solutions that meet our clients  needs.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new customer relationships through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Meet with clients in person to understand their signage needs and propose solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and quotes.
  • Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of signage projects.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in signage, printing, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Familiarity with signage materials, printing processes, and installation is a plus, but not required.
