Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr
The member assistant – cart attendant role focuses on keeping a well-kept parking lot, assisting members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are available. You will help members load their vehicles and support creating a positive member experience. This role requires you to be on your feet and on the go in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities- Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering questions as needed
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Ensure club pick up orders are filled, notify members of delays, and offer alternative product options when needed
- Ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies; assist with taking items to pickup when members arrive
- Resolve member issues and concerns; promote the company’s products and services
- Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds; assist with transporting items
- Utilize cart retrieval equipment and follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain parking lot cleanliness
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics by applying related action plans
- Provide member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, and handling payments according to policies
- Use cash registers and assist members with transactions
- Locate and organize merchandise and zone designated areas
- Identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; collaborate with managers and coworkers
- Adapt to change and feedback, and seek opportunities for improvement

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in certain circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed).
