• Provide in‑store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding of new hires.

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Ability to perform physical work involving moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• 1‑2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
• Self‑starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently while possessing successful team‑building skills.
• Commitment to a safety‑first mentality in a retail environment.
