Responsibilities:- Provide in‑store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
- Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
- Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding of new hires.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
- 18 years or older.
- Ability to perform physical work involving moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
- 1‑2 years of merchandising experience.
- Experience leading and training people.
- Ability to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
- Self‑starter with a strong bias for action and results.
- Ability to work independently while possessing successful team‑building skills.
- Commitment to a safety‑first mentality in a retail environment.
- Competitive wages – $17.00 per hour.
