Texas Roadhouse is looking for an Expeditor who has an eye for detail and knows quality food when they see it.
Responsibilities- Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain station cleanliness throughout shift.
- Understand and properly execute prep sheets and recipes.
- Validate food quality and confirm order accuracy.
- Monitor product levels during the shift and communicate needs.
- Adhere to First-In, First-Out standards and understand product rotation.
- Maintain cleaning and sanitation standards throughout shift.
- Communicate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Exhibit teamwork.
