Quality Control Supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Quality Control Supervisor – Payne + Dolan Inc., a Walbec Group company located in the Jackson/West Bend area of southeastern Wisconsin.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Quality Control Supervisor, responsible for leading a team of Quality Control Laboratory and Field Technicians.

• Effectively manage, coach, and develop a team of quality control technicians.
• Perform proactive management of construction and manufacturing quality control processes.
• Prepare and ensure compliance with all applicable quality control processes and requirements.
• Complete a robust training program to obtain necessary certifications and fulfill full role responsibilities.
