As a Sr. Technician, Quality Control, you will drive product quality by executing advanced laboratory testing, analyzing results, and managing deviations to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. You will apply deep technical expertise to uphold product safety, reliability, and regulatory alignment while contributing to departmental safety, health, environment, and quality goals.

• Independently perform quality control tests using various analytical and microbiological methods, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Validate and document test results with precision and enter data into log books and LIMS timely.
• Identify, report, and process testing-related deviations in accordance with established protocols and conduct initial investigations for validity and root cause.
• Maintain responsibility for assigned laboratory instruments and keep adequate stock of lab consumables to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Operate in full compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards and meet defined performance metrics.
• Support broader performance by contributing to team goals, sharing technical insights, and maintaining a solutions-focused approach to analyze issues and troubleshoot problems in laboratory and production environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in quality control and/or laboratory.
• Experience with LIMS/Sample Manager a plus.
• LSS White Belt certification a plus.

Hourly wage scale: $27.00–$30.00 with a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs, and a broad range of other benefits.
