Laborer / Assembler | 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

Starting Pay:
From $18.00 per hour

Lift Products, a Ballymore Safety Products company, is a leading manufacturer of rolling ladders, aerial lifts, custom-fabricated vertical access platforms, and other safety equipment. Our high-quality steel, aluminum, and stainless steel products are trusted by global distributors and partners. As we continue to grow, we are seeking motivated Laborers / Assemblers to join our Waupun, WI manufacturing team.

Safety is a top priority-for both our products and our people. We maintain high standards and provide the tools, training, and support needed for success.

What You'll Do:

• Load and unload trucks and containers
• Pick, pack, and stage products for shipment
• Assist with warehouse inventory activities
• Assemble lifts and components (removing/adding parts, wiring, decaling, etc.)
• Operate power jacks and lifts
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Experience using hand tools (socket, pneumatic wrench, drill, etc.)
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. from ground to waist
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic with excellent attendance
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work Monday-Friday with minimal interruptions
• Occasional overtime availability
