Hours:
FULLTIME 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
Position Wage:
Hourly rate dependent on experience. Starting at $29.25 per hour (17% shift differential included)

Job Description:
A Maintenance Mechanic’s responsibilities include keeping all production machinery in a “ready for service” condition by performing preventative maintenance, as scheduled by our maintenance management software, as well as taking care of day-to-day maintenance issues.
Principle
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Repair & maintain all plant machinery & equipment
- Diagnose machine malfunctions & operating difficulties
- Determine need for & effect machine repairs & adjustments to maintain a reliable operation
- Complete minor electrical work such as motor replacement, fuse replacement, switches, etc.
- Ensure plant organization & cleanliness
Minimum Requirements:
All hires are contingent upon a 9-panel hair follicle drug test & background check.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
2+ years in maintenance work required
Hard
Skills:
- Basic knowledge & skills in pneumatics, electrical, mechanics, hydraulics, rigging, equipment installation, machine rebuilding, motor & drive alignment, measuring equipment & fabrication
- Read blueprints
- Be knowledgeable of all plant equipment & procedures
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math knowledge
- English reading, writing, & speaking proficiency
