Construction Resources International, Inc. invites applications for the role of Welder / Fabricator at our fabrication shop in Waukesha, WI. Join a family‑focused, progressive culture within the Walbec Group, a leader in heavy and highway construction.

• Weld and assemble metal components on heavy equipment projects.
• Perform general labor duties when welding is not required.
• Access work areas by climbing ladders as needed.
• Use disc grinders to smooth, weld, or grind parts before welding.
• Operate manual and automated welding equipment.

• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Ability to tolerate variable weather conditions and work in dirty, dusty environments.
• Some welding experience on heavy equipment.
• Certified G1 or 1.5 preferred, or ability to receive certification within six months (certifications paid for by the company).
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work Monday‑Friday 6:00‑3:00 PM with possible overtime and occasional Saturdays.
