Up to $28.00/hr + $2.00/hr Shift Differential BOE

Shift: 2nd shift, Mon-Fri, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Description:

We are immediately hiring in Waukesha, WI for a safety-driven overhead crane operator & material handler responsible for transferring products with an overhead crane, forklift or stand‑up. You’ll be working the second shift, Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

• Utilize 10, 20 & 100 ton overhead cranes
• Analyze and develop lift plans as required
• Determine appropriate lifting devices & rigging for lifts
• Work with various individuals to determine the best position for weldments
• Move, rotate, and flip large structural weldments as required
• Complete required paperwork
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of overhead crane operation and rigging experience
• Basic level blueprint reading skills
• Above average rigging skills and experience using at least 20 ton overhead crane
• Experience moving items over 50 tons
• Basic computer and good math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when required
