Closet Factory is hiring Installers in Waukesha, WI. This is an exciting opportunity in a new company, with a great franchise behind us. Join us and have the opportunity to be listened to and heard as we grow. Initially these positions will be cross trained in the shop and for installations. A skill in one area and a willingness to learn the other would be a great fit.

We are a family owned business with a core philosophy of taking care of our employees and customers. Create and install complete projects from beginning to end. You must have a good attitude and always be aware that you are working to satisfy each client. We will provide a vehicle, some tools and a full-time schedule. You must be available to work some Saturdays.

Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $24.00/hr

• Create and install complete projects from beginning to end, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Cross-train in the shop and for installations; be willing to learn both areas.

• Experience working with basic hand tools
• Knowledge of, or experience with, the 32 millimeter system
