This is a full-time warehouse position in Waukesha, WI, Monday through Friday.

As our Logistics Supervisor, you'll oversee inbound and outbound shipments, verify accuracy, prepare shipping documents, monitor inventory, lead two team members, operate equipment, enforce safety standards, coordinate with purchasing and production, track KPIs, and continuously improve workflows to keep materials moving efficiently and on time.

• Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse supervision
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of logistics, freight, and inventory systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Proficiency with warehouse management software and Microsoft Excel
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one
• Proactive and strong analytical skills

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a definite plus!
