Overview
Janitorial Area Manager
Position details are provided below. This is a full-time 2nd shift role.
Responsibilities- Manage the nightly operations in your area
- Quality control
- Budget management
- Supervise and develop employees
This is a full-time 2nd shift position 3 pm–12 am, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend coverage.
Qualifications and Skills- Proven record of industry experience in commercial cleaning or equivalent
- Experience in managing people
- Customer service mentality with the inner drive to lead people
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Ability to work smart and hard
- Commitment to excellence
- Respect and dignity for every employee and customer
- Ability to manage budgets
- Appreciation and respect for the cultures represented by employees
- Ability to interact well with customers
- Starting salary is $55,000 per year, based on proven commercial cleaning experience as well as leadership and management experience
- Eligible for significant monthly labor and performance bonuses

- Valid driver license with a driving record insurable by business insurance standards
