Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Service Repair Technician, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of standard drive units and subassemblies. Your expertise will shine as you ensure high-quality, cost-effective solutions. Here’s what you’ll be accountable for:

  • Review and plan daily work assignments, prioritizing customer products for repair.
  • Process repair work orders, both customer and production orders.
  • Troubleshoot and repair products, including standard drive units and circuit boards, ensuring optimal problem resolution.
  • Research necessary parts using bill of materials and Engineering Change Notices (ECN).
  • Complete Material Requisition s or coordinate with the Inventory Planner for required parts.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including failure analysis reports and records.
Qualifications for the Role

We’re looking for candidates who are ready to take on this challenge! Here’s what you need to bring:

  • An associate degree in electronics and two years of related experience, or a high school diploma with four years of electrical experience.
  • Ability to pass the Electrical Competency and Authorization Program (ECAP) level 3.
  • Experience with hand and power tools.
  • Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives and their applications is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
Working Conditions

This position is onsite, contributing to Motion Service in the US. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation.
