Pay range: $27 to $29 per hour

Alloy Products Corp is looking for an IT Support Specialist who’s eager to grow, take ownership, and make a real impact on our IT team. Job SummaryThis is a hands‑on, employee‑facing role where you’ll collaborate closely with the IT Manager and serve as the go‑to resource for troubleshooting and end‑user support while always striving for continuous improvement across our systems. Your role will go well beyond routine tasks as you’ll be offered broad exposure to a variety of technical responsibilities and projects as well (including administering our ERP system and growing in your SQL and reporting skills).
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee IT support needs, both in‑person and remotely
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to root cause analysis and long‑term solutions
- Manage replacement and deployment of aging or end‑of‑life equipment
- Manage support requests in Ninja RMM and assist with Visual ERP and barcoding workflows
- Support account resets, phishing follow‑ups, and employee onboarding/offboarding
- 2–3 years of IT support experience preferred
- SQL experience or willingness to learn
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and multitasking skills
