Job Description

Job Title:
Analytical Rules Developer

Location:

Waukesha, Wisconsin
Duration: 1 Year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects by taking initiative, making decisions, exploring options, and troubleshooting.
  • Minimum 5 years of programming experience in Java and Python.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to explore options and make decisions.
  • Project leadership experience.
  • Ability to work independently and with a small team (5-10 people).
  • Experience with design documentation.
  • Proficiency in Matlab is required.

    • Job Duties:

  • Gather requirements by communicating directly with stakeholders.
  • Develop and update documentation of user and system requirements.
  • Build and maintain code libraries/toolkits to support analytics frameworks.
  • Develop intelligent algorithms for descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
  • Perform unit testing and code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot issues by identifying root causes and suggesting solutions.
  • Develop new ideas with proof-of-concept (POCs).
