• Create and maintain staff schedules.
• Maintain records of call outs, tardiness, and early arrivals.
• Maintain communication with HR regarding FMLA, non FMLA leaves, employee resignations, status changes, and other necessary information as it arises.
• Coordinate with HR on employee retention and recruitment process.
• Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Computer knowledge.
• Experience with staffing schedules.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiasm to learn new job functions.
• Previous Long Term Care experience is required.
• Previous scheduling experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
