WAUKESHA at our CP-WESTBROOK HEALTH CENTER facility. This job is ON - SITE. FTE: 1.0. Standard

Hours:

40.00. Shift Details:
Monday and Tuesday 09:45–18:15;
Wednesday–Friday 08:45–17:15. Approximately every 5th Saturday (4-hour shifts) 07:45–11:45 or 08:00–12:00 at the North Hills or Tosa location.

Responsible for performing phlebotomy and various technical, non-technical, and clerical functions.

Completion of an approved Phlebotomy program or related health care experience including direct patient contact is required. Phlebotomy experience with a minimum of 100 venipunctures is preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

ASCP certification is preferred.

Ability to read and write to comprehend and follow equipment operating instructions, IFUs and complete required documentation. Basic arithmetic calculations necessary to count instruments and complete count sheets. Basic computer, problem-solving and good communication skills are required.
