Overview

Financial Eligibility Specialist, Full-Time, Day Shift

Community Care is hiring a Financial Eligibility Specialist to join our team. This rewarding opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys team collaboration, being part of a mission driven organization and who shares our mission to help elderly individuals and adults with physical and intellectual disabilities continue to live as independently as possible in the community. This is a Full-time opportunity at our Wakesha County Location.

Financial Eligibility Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the accumulation, transmission and dissemination of member information including the eligibility processes.
  • Assist members in their responsibility to maintain Medicaid eligibility. Organizes information and troubleshoots issues related to the Medicaid eligibility and enrollment process.
  • Collaborate with other CCI departments regarding member eligibility, enrollment and cost obligations.
  • Performs community outreach including in-home and agency visits.

Monday through Friday

8:00AM - 4:30PM

Qualifications
  • Experience:

    Previous experience and strong knowledge with Medicaid and/or Social Security System. A minimum of 1 year recent experience providing direct assistance to individuals in a customer service capacity and with interviewing skills. Analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Education:

    High School Diploma
