We provide a wide range of supportive home care services for individuals who wish to remain independent in their own homes. We’re looking for dedicated, dependable professionals who are passionate about helping others and take pride in the care they provide. Must be able to work with clients within Waukesha and Milwaukee counties, including the Lake Country Area and Eagle/Mukwonago Areas.

• Provide essential personal care and in-home support to clients
• Help clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in their own homes
• Assist with daily living activities, including:
  • Bathing
  • Dressing
  • Grooming
  • Meal preparation
  • Medication reminders
  • Light housekeeping
  • Companionship
• Mentor, train, and support caregivers, including assisting with new staff onboarding and ongoing training
• Coordinate and assist with employee scheduling in collaboration with the office team
• Participate in an on-call rotation with another Lead Caregiver to support client needs and caregiver training
• Attend in-office meetings one day per week to support scheduling and operational alignment
