Schedule: Monday - Friday 0700 - 1530
In a single day, staff from 4 specialty based teams work within 16 Operating Room Suites to handle as many as 40 cases ranging from Cardiothoracic, Neuro/Orthopedics/Dental, General/Vascular/ ENT, GYN, Urology, to Plastics surgery. Waukesha Memorial Hospitals Operating Rooms average 8,500 procedures annually including da Vinci Robotic procedures performed within more specialties routinely than any other facility in SE Wisconsin. The OR suite also includes a newly built Hybrid OR and a fully integrated Minimally Invasive Robotic room.

Responsible for organizing and performing financial and purchasing functions. Coordinates of required clinical supplies to serve operating room service lines. Implements and maintains an effective supply and distribution system. Coordinates equipment and instrument acquisition while collaborating with Sterile Processing, Purchasing, Biomedical Engineering, Finance and Information Services.
Requirements:
- High School plus specialized training in surgical technology or instrument technology
- Associates degree in Surgical Technology preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in a health care setting with experience in Materials Management or operating room environment.
- Proficient working with the entire MS Office suite and Lawson
