Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Assist clients with mobility and daily activities to promote independence.
  • Monitor health conditions as directed.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and support dietary needs.
  • Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities to enhance social interaction.
  • Document and report any changes in client condition to the healthcare team.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
  • Drive clients to and from appointments.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving preferred.
  • Previous experience in home health care or a similar role is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor with a commitment to client care.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Willing and able to work in Milwaukee and Waukesha County communities.
