Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Physical Therapy Assistant, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will assist in treating patients by following individualized plans of care developed by Physical Therapists.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With the assistance of a physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
