Resident Manager - Senior Care Homes

Creative Community Living Services is seeking experienced leaders to join our team as Resident Managers for our 8-bed CBRF senior care homes in Waukesha and New Berlin. If you have supervisory experience and a passion for making a difference, we’d love to hear from you!

• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate staff
• Oversee daily operations of the home
• Monitor and implement Care Plans
• Assist residents with personal care, medications, and daily activities
• Coordinate and transport residents to medical appointments
• Ensure compliance with DHS Regulations

• Leadership or supervisory experience required (must be listed on resume)
• CBRF Certification preferred
• Experience in assisted living or direct care
• Ability to use a computer for all documentation including MARs and Care Plans
• Acceptable background check and valid driver's license are required
