Commercial Loan Processor

Waukesha State Bank is seeking a Commercial Loan Processor to support our Commercial Banking team by preparing loans for approval, closing, and ongoing servicing. This role works closely with Commercial Bankers throughout the loan lifecycle to gather required documentation, order third-party reports (such as credit, title, appraisal, and environmental), and prepare accurate, detailed loan documentation for commercial closings. The Loan Processor also reviews loan approvals to ensure all conditions are met prior to closing and provides post-closing loan servicing, including maintaining customer files and obtaining updated financial information.
