Lead Financial Advisor

Overview

Vaco is partnering with a growing financial planning firm in the Waukesha area to hire a Financial Advisor. This role is ideal for an advisor who enjoys relationship‑based advising, comprehensive planning, and working with an established book of business—no cold calling required.

• Develop, present, and implement customized financial plans for clients
• Provide comprehensive advice across investments, retirement, insurance, annuities, and long‑term care strategies
• Participate in firm‑hosted workshops, seminars, and client presentations
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive communication and planning
• Manage and grow an existing book of business provided by the firm

• CRM:
  Salesforce
• Google Workspace
• Mac‑based environment

• Bachelor's degree required
• Active Series 65 or Series 66 and 7
• Active Life and Health insurance license

• Established book of prospects provided
