Card Services Representative

Overview

Waukesha State Bank is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Card Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll provide over-the-phone support to both internal and external customers, assisting with debit card applications, account maintenance, and transaction inquiries. You'll review instant issue documents, evaluate new card requests, balance general ledger and ATM/Mastercard reports, and complete daily and monthly reporting tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

This position is onsite in Waukesha County, WI.

• Provide over-the-phone support to internal and external customers; assist with debit card applications, account maintenance, and transaction inquiries.
• Review instant issue documents, evaluate new card requests, balance general ledger and ATM/Mastercard reports, and complete daily and monthly reporting tasks.
• Monitor for potentially fraudulent activity, contact cardholders as needed, and assist with disputes or fraud concerns following regulatory requirements like Reg

• Help resolve errors with transactions, review customer limits for large-dollar purchases, and use internal controls to safeguard accounts.
• Maintain problem-solving focus and precision in a fast-paced environment to support customers and protect their accounts.

• This is an onsite position in Waukesha County, WI.
