The Position

Our community bank client is seeking a Personal Banker in Waukesha, WI. The successful candidate will handle customer service functions while maintaining positive relationships with coworkers and clients.

The role offers a salary up to $65K plus incentives and excellent benefits. (This is not a remote position)

Responsibilities include:
  • Manage customer bank accounts: open, close, and oversee transactions
  • Resolve issues related to banking services and accounts
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone regarding deposits and basic loans
  • Perform account maintenance and updates for banking products
  • Follow bank operating procedures
  • Handle reporting and other tasks as assigned by supervisor
  • Escalate issues when necessary to ensure excellent customer service
Who Are You?

Skills and experience include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of customer service experience or similar roles
  • Experience in loan sales, application processing, and loan closing at a financial institution
  • Ability to explain credit bureau reports and manage loan documentation
  • Experience selling ancillary insurance products
  • Ability to build positive relationships and demonstrate integrity, dedication, and strategic counsel
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
