The PositionOur community bank client is seeking a Personal Banker in Waukesha, WI. The successful candidate will handle customer service functions while maintaining positive relationships with coworkers and clients.
The role offers a salary up to $65K plus incentives and excellent benefits. (This is not a remote position)
Responsibilities include:- Manage customer bank accounts: open, close, and oversee transactions
- Resolve issues related to banking services and accounts
- Answer customer inquiries via phone regarding deposits and basic loans
- Perform account maintenance and updates for banking products
- Follow bank operating procedures
- Handle reporting and other tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Escalate issues when necessary to ensure excellent customer service

Skills and experience include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of customer service experience or similar roles
- Experience in loan sales, application processing, and loan closing at a financial institution
- Ability to explain credit bureau reports and manage loan documentation
- Experience selling ancillary insurance products
- Ability to build positive relationships and demonstrate integrity, dedication, and strategic counsel
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
